Yesterday I had a random account suspension, when I put a new profile picture (with a hair cut) - I appealed, and it was approved and I got my account back. Wasn't on it at all today.... Get a notification that I got suspended AGAIN (literally no reason, and they wouldn't give one) - appealed.... And the appeal was denied, and I lost my account permanently. This is ridiculous. Get ACTUAL customer support.

This is ridiculous. I have been on facebook for years. I have 3 accounts seperating business, work and personal. All 3 accounts blocked for no reason. I have never been in breach of any community rules as I am a business. This is insane. All my work lost. You are not giving me right to apeal, it was not me logged in China. I have written to you still you are not doing anything. I am obviously hacked. Today I tried to open a new account, within an hr i was deactivated again with no right to appeal, this was before I even used it. What kind of insanity is this. So stressful. All my work lost!

Ive been trying to get in to my account for 2 years! Support is null, the phone number I used for 2 step verification is no longer accessible to me, any other form of logging in is not possible. But I do get emails again and again and again on allll the stuff Im missing out on. Im receiving those emails because thats linked to my account yet cannot get a simple email reset. Riddle me that. I seldom leave negative reviews but this has been irritating me for a long time.

Soooo when are we going to get real customer support for people who can’t get back into accounts? Facebook or meta whatever does not care about you, your account, your information. Pointless company. How do THEY not have customer support unless you are logged into your app? Even then it’s a bot unless you pay the meta subscription. Also how you are supposed to verify stuff on an account if you can’t even get into the account? Ask to send codes? Nope that doesn’t happen, only every so often and even then it’s the same code every time. App crashes EVERY TIME I try to submit a photo id but I can’t log on in browser, just on the app. THAT DOESN'T WORK OR HELP. What do y’all even do up in there all day?

I have tried replying to emails when I sent in photos of my ID. I have tried calling all of the BOGUS numbers on google! It says I successfully reset my password and then tells me to use my authentication app, OLD number, or saved code. I had very meaningful conversations and photos with my grandmother who has since passed. I want it back. HELP ME!
