Scott was very friendly and respectful. He ended up running past our initial timeframe, but he called to ensure that a later time was good, and it was. Jobs can run long or you can hit traffic and just making a quick call can make the difference in someone's outlook on the situation. While talking, he recommended some washer tablets and so I was able to buy them from him as well. He ran a diagnostic on the machine to make sure there were no other issues found. I would highly recommend. I would also like to say that the young lady that I spoke with to set the appointment was very kind courtesy and very knowledgeable of the process and was able to put my mind at ease. Great job!!!

Mr. Appliance gave me the best experience I have ever received from an appliance repair company. Their receptionist was super nice and very polite and the Service Technician, Scott Jungers, called me ahead of time to let me know an approximate time frame he would be able to get to me. He called me again to let me know he was on his! He was very polite and friendly and was quick to diagnose my refrigerator problem, let me know the total cost of parts and labor and that he would have to order and when it would be here. This company goes above and beyond to insure the customer is satisfied and pleased from the pricing to the complete repair. I recommend Mr. Appliance and especially Technician Scott!!!

Mr.Appliance was very professional from start to finish. I called for repairs to a Frost-free Freezer that was no longer working as frost-free and a clothes dryer making noises and not drying clothes very well. The Prefessional Service Technician Scott Jungers was scheduled the same day with notices updating that the Technician was on their way. The Technician was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. The parts needed for the repairs for both appliances needed to be ordered and a return visit was needed to complete the repairs. The parts arrived within a couple of days and Mr. Appliance called to schedule the completion of the repairs on a day and time convenient for my schedule. The Technician was on time and quickly completed the repairs making me and especially my wife very h

I have had a GREAT experience with Mr. Appliance. The tech that came out (Scott) to repair my washer was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate being told what the price would be and the exact steps to fix the problem. He had to order a part and come back 2 days later to fix it. Excellent service!! Plus a 1 year warranty. The only issues I have is that it probably costs more to fix my washer than buying a used replacement but Scott and even my own mom said that I'm better off with my 22 yr old washer as long as it works because these newer washers aren't made like they used to be. Also, I would love it if Mr. Appliance didn't charge a 3% fee for using a credit card, especially since most people don't even use checks anymore. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd defin
