Our very busy clinic had a toilet to overflow, sending water everywhere. We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Texarkana, and they were able to get to us within an hour or so. We received an email and text to let us know that Rob and Bobby, the service professionals assigned to our job, were on the way. Both men were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our busy clinic. They got us fixed up and functional in a timely manner. They even vacuumed up some of the water in a main area for us! Rob and Ryker did a great job completely re-routing our washer drain line and were very accommodating for us even though they were the ones putting in the hard work. Me and my wife very much appreciate their professionalism, quality work and customer first attitude!

They were very quick to respond and repair our needs when we notified them of a leak in our gas pipes and that the gas company had shut us down. The office and the plummers understood our needs immediately. They were slightly higher than expected after the work was done, but extremely competitive in cost. Cost is just part of the nature of the job. Thankful for their work, I would recommend them in the future.

Came to fix emergency shut off valves on the bathroom sink. They did a great job👍🏻 technicians explained the problem and solution very well. The price was too much in my opinion but they do quality work. I was given a price of 123.00 to come out and next thing I know I’m paying over $600.00 Even though I paid a lot, I would recommend them because of the quality of service.
