Trevor and his team were absolutely amazing! We had to have the floors completely ripped out in our kitchen, dining room and a backroom. He put in new floors adding in new beams, joists, and subfloor because ours was completely rotted/ molded due to water damage. He worked day and night and even by himself to get the job done. This project was for my 80 year old Granny who has high anxiety and jumps at any loud noise. Trevor was kind enough to give her a warning when a loud noise was about to be made. He made the whole process peaceful for her. When leveling the kitchen he even noticed the sink had a leak and fixed it for us. Complete floor replacement on a home almost 100 years old. Trevor did an outstanding job paying attention to detail and going above and beyond from front to finish! He was ALWAYS on site doing at least 95% of the work HIMSELF and with diligent effort finished in a timely manner. His craftsmanship is impeccable and his work ethic… is the same. Trevor and his guys did a great job of fixing my gate and part of fence. Very dependable, fair, quick and most of all polite!! Hard to find someone who does good work these days. Highly recommend and will be using him again in the future.

Mr.Yancy repaired my cabin which needed complete pier and beam structural foundation repair. He removed the entire floor, adding new piers, beams, new joist,new subfloor, and replaced new flooring. He also repaired many other things that needed replacement. His clean-up after job completion is the best I have ever seen. He has an eye for detail and doesn't try and cut corners. We are so pleased with his work.

I initially hired Trevor to fix a soft spot that had appeared in the kitchen in my pier and beam house. He was quick to come out and quote me a price to fix the floor. Once he got into the job he realized that I had more damage than expected to the house. He was honest and professional when explaining the additional problems he located. I then decided to just go ahead and fix everything that needed to be done. This entire job took a little over 2 weeks to complete.
