Mr Bugg's is fantastic. Ken was and is incredibly responsive, timely, candid, and knowledgeable. He has taken excellent care of our customers and I would recommend him and his company to anyone in need of a termite inspection or treatment. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience with Mr Buggs in Pelham AL has been very positive. I have 2 pest control services with them and 2 termite contracts. Scheduling service is very easy and follow-up a few days before the service date is always done. Then the technician will text the day of the service and will let me know if he running a little late. One thing that is important to me is that the same person services my locations each time. Mr Buggs provides the same person - I do not have to get a new person familiar with my work each time. It is the same with pest control and termite protection. Bobby is very easy to work with and explains to me what he will be doing. He is receptive to my questions. 10/10 I would recommend. Had some issues from another company. Ken came out and was exceptionally thorough. He got me setup and Bobby, the technician, got everything taken care of. They were great with me running late and still took the time to go over everything.
