We had a really great experience with Mr. John LaBeet, owner of Mr. Dependable. He worked quickly, was very friendly, and kept up great communication the whole time. He explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on and brought all of our electrical work up to code at a fair price. This was such a saving grace after a horrible experience with another company that charged us $2,000, botched the job, and then stopped responding to calls and texts. Mr. LaBeet made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and thanks to him we were able to move forward with getting our AC fixed. Highly recommend!!

Excellent company. John was the electrician that helped us out. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and on time. The price was excellent and I highly recommend this company. I will be calling them again if anything fails in my house.

I called about two exterior outlets that weren’t working. Instead of simply answering my questions, they quoted me $150–$170 just for a diagnostic — way above the normal $75–$120 service call fee most electricians in Texas charge. When I asked further, they hung up on me. That’s unprofessional, unfair, and terrible customer service. At the end of the day, it feels like a rip-off. If a company can’t treat a potential customer with basic respect before even showing up, I wouldn’t trust them with actual work. Don’t waste your time or money here.
