Had Zack come out and perform an annual service on my whole house generator. he was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Very nice Young man to deal with. I will be requesting him in the future. The price was good and I was able to use two coupons.

Our generator had a red light. We called Mr. Electric and they were at our house in half hour. Zack replaced the battery and the generator is working. In the midst of an electrical emergency we placed a call to Mr. Electric to have an electrician come out to our home urgently. Their electrician, Ramon, came over within two hours of our call and although nothing could be done that day, Ramon was at our home first thing the following morning. Ramon did an excellent job fixing our electrical issues and was empathetic to our needs as well as knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Mr. Electric and if all their technicians work like Ramon, you won't be sorry.
