Mr Mover

My experience with Mr. Mover was great. This company deserves a higher rating than what was given in the past. The new owner, Neil, was very involved and genuine. He had accommodated our short noticed move beyond expected. He gave me the best price in the area (believe me, we called EVERYWHERE), the crew that was sent out were careful and quick, and we were all moved in to our new place within the estimated time. I would recommend this moving company to friends and family.

We hired Mr. Mover for a last minute move and everything went smoothly. We had already moved the majority of smaller items/boxes and last minute decided we needed help moving furniture. The movers showed up early and were very careful with our items. I was impressed at their efficiency and use of time. Would definitely consider this company again.

When I originally called this place to reserve my move, the person on the phone didn't ask anything about the size of my move. I was surprised, because almost all movers I called wanted to know what I was moving, so they could analyze the resources needed (Type of truck, number of movers, etc). On June 4, two movers arrived, looked at the stuff, and immediately told me that this is a 3-man job. In other words, it will take a lot longer to move, and more money for Mr. Mover ($115 per hour). Long story short, it took them almost 19 hours to move my stuff to a location only 7 miles away. Truck was an old equipment with no light inside. One of the movers asked me to turn on my car headlights behind the truck, so they can see inside the truck. Finally my car's battery died, and

The service was great and the guys were personable and professional. The move went off without a hitch and I was extremely satisfied with Mr. Mover! I provided all the necessary information on the first call and the quoted price was what I paid. They were careful with all of our furnishings; wrapped, packed and loaded with care and upon unloading, no damage and no issues. I highly recommend Mr. Mover for all your moving needs!

I am a repeat customer and after this experience I will probably have to pursue legal action. When the two movers arrived to my apartment they were clearly inexperienced. It took them almost an hour just to figure out how to unlatch a simple sectional which they then could not figure out how to get out of the doors. They also damaged the furniture.While they tried to figure out how to disassemble the couch I called the route manager Andrew who told me I would not have to pay for any additional time that they spent not being able to disassemble the couch and that he would be there in 45 minutes. He never actually bothered to show up. They damaged my walls, scraped the dry wall to the bare, huge dents in several of the walls, banister completed scraped. Once they actually got everything out
