Dave was a wealth of information about our pool issues! We were having problems with our pool heater and the liner for our indoor pool. Dave and his team were able to diagnose what was really the problem and fix it fast! So glad we called Mr Pool :)

We spent many months interviewing and researching in ground pool installers, and we chose Mr Pool. We are beyond happy that we did. Dave (the owner) is extremely responsive and ALWAYS keeps his word. He made the entire process seamless and stress free. He was ahead of his projected timeline (I hear nightmares from other installers). A few yrs later he continues to be just a call away and provided the same exceptional service as he has from day one! I 100% recommend Mr Pool for installation and all your pool needs!!!

Very disappointing experience with Mr Pool. Sloppy workmanship on the resurfacing leaving mortar mix on the pool wall and debris all around the safety ledge. Workers left there garbage all around the pool and dumped a pile of leftover sand mix next to shed. Had to call back twice because they cracked the skimmer bracket and found a liner defect which will require the liner to be replaced again. They took a picture of the issue and literally the only thing they said was “Will be in touch”. Unprofessional sums up the whole experience. Still waiting for a call back on the liner defect plan. Look elsewhere.

Mr. Pool installed our inground pool about three years ago. Dave, the owner, was on site for the entire build of our pool and is always available to answer any questions that come up. When we looked around at pool builders, Mr Pool provided the most value for our dollar. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the service that we continue to receive from Mr Pool!

I couldn't be happier with the liner they installed, I was impressed how fast and efficient the crew worked.
