Roofing & Gutter Project Feedback Review I visited the guttering and roofing project after completion and overall the work looks great. I truly appreciate the professionalism of your team and the timely response in completing the project. Thank you for your continued support and dedication. There are just a couple of minor observations: • Some of the gutter drainage pipe connections could be welded more securely to ensure long-term durability. • On the skylight area, during heavy rain, water appears to flow down gently along one section. He was great at offering a variety of options, and was never pushy. The work team was quick, neat, and flexibly. The work was done on time, on budget, and looks great. He was able to overcome resistance from the Warrantor and secure our coverage in an urgent situation. Eloisa secured an excellent installer team that delivered extraordinary service on a Saturday.
