Mr. Rooter Plumbing

Didn't put what was removed and bill was 3,185.00 this was an 84 yr old dementia man who lives alone. Wall socket left out of wall wires exposed, cover left off water heater,nothing put back and was told they didn't have to. Never pay roto rooter all money till job completed or these pictures tell the tale what they did

Such an unexpectedly pleasant experience. No one wants to deal with plumbing issues but it turned out to be an honest, friendly encounter with a knowledgeable man who made it easy. He took great care to clean up any mess created even though I told him I would take care of it. He explained future options for what I can do to help my old plumbing before I had more issues. I was stressed about the appointment but he truly made me feel more confident and I won’t hesitate to call again with any other issues.

The 2 gentleman who did the repairs were very skilled and friendly. The repairs were done much faster than we expected. We really like the choices they made for our faucet and toilet. They did a great job cleaning up. We will definitely call again if we have any additional plumbing issues. Thanks so much!

Adam was great from the time he got there till he was done. He came within 2 hours to cap the water heater so we atleast had water till the morning. He came back first thing in the morning exactly at the time he said. Would definitely recommend.

I knew better but called them anyway because they said they could unclog the next day. The technician kept insisting that he needed to find the main trap and walking around instead of just getting the clog where I showed him it was. They charged a one hundred dollar service fee and gave me an estimate based on nothing of 8 or 900 dollars. The next day I had Snakes R US and they got the clog right where I said in a little over an hour. Company's like this are why people don't want to call contractors.
