I never leave reviews but I had to because this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Getting the estimate and giving the down payment was easy. I was told I was at the top of the list and the first nice day we got they would install. I was hosting my daughter’s college graduation party at my house in May and asked that they could install before that. When several weeks went by and many really nice days I called and was told that they were still working on last year’s installs, which was something new. When they finally decided to schedule my install, it was a dry day and it was two days before my party. They asked me where I would like the dirt place and I told them they could put it anywhere. My wife and I moved into our new home with a pool. Stephen and Joe opened the pool for the summer and did a great job of explaining the pump and filter system to us. We then decided to convert to a cartridge filter system as well as a saltwater system. John was hugely helpful in this process ordering exactly what we needed. Matt handled the maintenance end of things and was able to schedule us in quickly despite the rush of pool opening requirements in May. The man knows his pool equipment requirements. Stephen and Joe came back in June and converted our pool on a 92 degree day. They were fantastic. We now see Justin, Sabrina, Torry and Alex at the front desk whenever we need to analyze our water. Josh is doing a great job managing them. And thank you Alex for the help in loading 17 salt

Got a beautiful hot tub. John was amazing to work with. Answered any and all questions we had. Very professional and knowledgeable. Delivery and setup was flawless. Went over all the controls and ensured I understood how everything worked before they left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had a wonderful experience with seven seas Pools in solving some water quality issues. My pool was in chlorine lock, they tested my water and came up with a great plan and I have crystal clear water. I highly recommend them.

John and his team are absolute, top shelf professionals. We spoke with him one day, we literally had a hot tub on our patio the very next day. The delivery guys were great and very professional as well. When I came in to get the water analysis done and see what chemicals I needed, John was extremely helpful and friendly as well. If you need a hot tub, get it from these guys!
