Valley Pool & Spa - Cranberry Twp

Decided to purchase new hot tub recently. Did a lot of research and visited all of the local hot tub retailers in the area. Most of them tried to sell me their recommended tub. No one listened to what I said and what I was looking for. Ran into Anastassia with Valley Pool and Spa at last years home And Garden show where they had many hot tubs on display. Saw one that I liked and followed up with her at the Cranberry location. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. She thoroughly explained the features and benefits of their unit and made me very comfortable with purchasing. Highly recommended Anastassia TIIT if you are considering a hot tub or swim spa purchase.

My husband and I had a great experience with Valley Pool and Spa when looking for our first hot tub to purchase. We did our homework, shopped around and came back to this store because we liked how personable and educated the associates are. We also really liked the customer service aspect of the business. Both Anastassia and Rhonda were both very helpful and courteous each time we had questions and went in for assistance. We look forward to receiving out hot tub soon!

Walked into Valley Pool & Spa for the first time in Cranberry yesterday and met a young lady Anastasia who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Learned a lot about the latest advances in hot tubs and we chose one of their floor models made by Hydropool. I’m very excited to get this tub delivered and confident we made the best choice. I would highly recommend doing business with this Company:)

We enjoyed our experience. The hot tub specialist was very friendly and helpful. The buying process was simple and they had great sales going on. They offered good financing. We received our hot tub within 2 weeks. The delivery team was extremely thorough and professional and talked me through how to set up the hot tub. A little start up cheat sheet would’ve been helpful but they did provide a QR code with thru diet manual. Would definitely recommend!

Dave was very responsive and helpful. I filled out a form online and he called me within the hour. After our call he emailed me what we talked about. I met him a few days later to see the sauna models we discussed. He had them heated and ready to go for me to try. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide us on a model that fit our needs the best! What we chose was in stock and they’re delivering it just 6 days after purchasing! Love the quick turnaround and very excited to use it so soon.
