My service man Matt and crew were respectful knew what he was doing and talking about. It was a bigger job than expected but they got it done. They also found more things that need attention soon but no pressure. No added on fees unexpected even though the job could have been. Thank you.

The staff at Mr Rooter are second to none! It was really good to work with Tyler and Richard. Tyler performed a very professional job replacing the main drain line as well as the all the stack plumbing to each of the fixture drains.The original plumbing was 3” and 2” black iron pipe that was filled with corrosion. Tyler removed all the pipe and replaced it with pvc plastic pipe. Thank you Mr Rooter!

We are very pleased with the service we always get from Roto Rooter. I feel like everyone they have ever sent when we call has been very nice and honest. I feel like I can trust them to not over charge and get the job done. Ralph MOGAN did a great job getting us fixed up today and was very nice and personable.

This company has the best customer service and knowledgeable techs. The techs were very polite and did what it took to get the job done. They went above and beyond. They were even early so they didn’t have anyone waiting and wondering when they would show up. Tyler Snyder was the main tech for the job and he was knowledgeable, polite and personable. He did a great job, as well as the second tech that arrived. I didn’t catch his name but it may be Matt Simpson, but awesome service!! I would highly recommend this local business!! They also made sure the price was the best they could offer. Very affordable and they do offer payment arrangements as well if needed. Thanks guys!!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Christian Maddox came out for an emergency call and did a GREAT JOB! Fast work, very professional and treated me fairly with great customer service! If I ever need a plumber again ,im definitely calling for him and Mr Rooter again. ASHLEY from dispatch kept me up to date on techs arrival and was very friendly! Great team work, great company!
