The technician called before arriving and even arrived earlier than expected. He was professional and personable. He assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done and the cost. He even explained what he was doing before doing it. He was wonderful from beginning to end. I had no problem getting an appointment quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Beware of this company. My mother was completely taken advantage of. They were at her home for no more than 30 minutes and charged her $413. What began as a “consultation” quickly turned into scare tactics. The technician claimed he would need to tear down a wall and made it sound like an extensive, labor-intensive job. In reality, it took less than two minutes—he literally pulled it apart with his fingers—yet still charged the full amount. My mother does not make much money, and this was a significant expense for her. She was absolutely ripped off. When I asked the company to contact her to discuss the charge, they hung up on her. We called Mr Rooter when we had a problem with our toilet that we couldn’t fix. We used Me Rooter before with excellent service and quick response time. This time was just as excellent! Jason Stover came out quickly, he had a professional manner and explained the problem with 2 choices for us to use, we chose the lesser expensive and were very happy with the service, price and results. I had a pipe rupture externally that had caused a significant amount of flooding that had gone unnoticed until it filled my pool deck. I called other plumbers and they could not see me until next week - each advised me that I shit the main line off and call the city. I call Mr. Rooter and they had a tech I at my door in 30 mins. The tech, Jason Stover, was incredible, he was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Jason, did a great evaluation but ultimately I opted to doo the work myself. My only knock is that their pricing for services etc., is significantly higher than other plumbers in the area but at least they do come out when you need them and they offer military discounts for veterans.
