I have used many plumbers over the years and Mr. Rooter is the best. They are always able to provide service quickly, solve the problem with a good explanation of the problem and proposed solution. An their prices are very fair. Highly recommend.

We used Mr Rooter now for the second time. The first time was last March. My sister's husband was very sick and the bathroom she used for him, suddenly water was coming up in the toilet, sink and bathtub. I was with her and we were freaked out. It was pretty much the end of the day and we called Mr Rooter. Katrina responded and sent a technician out immediately . Saul came and realized it was caused by the piping. He knew the issue and promptly fixed the problem he was fantastic. This week my sink disposal in the kitchen started linking. I was having company. I immediately called Mr Rooter. Katrina sent Saul the technician to help. He realized I needed a new disposal unit. He fixed and I was so delighted. Both times they came to our rescue and solved our issues. Technician did a great job. It was a difficult job and he got it done in a timely matter another plus before he walked into our home he put on foot booties shoe covers on. That shows that Mr Rooter Plumbing cares

Communication was punctual. Service was complete. All Employees listened. Only problem is is that they didn’t follow up answering my questions, which is OK. I will call them before I purchase my new sink to make sure I purchased the right one and have them install it for me. Blake was fantastic, quick and efficient.
