Unfortunately for me it was 8 days before my downstairs toilet had a simple flapper valve replaced. Now, this may seem like no big deal but I am very handicapped and need a wheelchair or walker to move around and I was under a great deal of stress since my son was near death during this timeframe. Your company offered to come after hours for a fee of $249.00. I explained that I was 79 years old and could not possibly handle that extra expense plus your regular fee. On the plus side, the young man that made the repair was knowledgeable and sensitive to my handicap and was extremely polite. Alex did a good job and I thank him.

Came home from work late and found out that there was no hot water. Called a scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning. Mike came and resolved the issue and made some recommendations . Professional and experienced staff. Highly recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
