I came home from out of town to a leaking/flooded house from my water heater on a Sunday evening. I was very surprised and happy when Mr.Rooter (Mike) was able to come Monday morning. Since my tank was very old, he was able to install a new one. I am very pleased with his expertise and his willingness to install it within a short amount of time. He is very professional and a really nice guy. I highly recommend them!

I had a noticeable leak coming from the water supply of my toilet. Gave a call to Mr Rooter and out of the three plumbers I called they were the only ones to either show up or be capable of applying the fix. Aside from my immediate issue of a leaking toilet, they informed me that I did not have pressure regulating valve to my house. Possibly from being an older home and what could have been a contributing factor to my toilet leak. They got me back with operable plumbing in the house and educated me along the way. I will be using again should I need them in the future and would recommend them as a solid choice.

This company is amazing! They did an awesome job when my main water line broke & fixing leak in my home shortly after. They are fair, friendly, honest and professional. Another perfect experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Rock Hill! Even with it being Christmas week they scheduled us right away, showed up when they said and did the job as agreed.
