We called Mr Rooter because our water presssure was low in the entire house. Spencer, who came out for the call, was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He contacted the city to have them evaluate water pressure coming from the street to help dial down on where the problem might be. Unfortunately, it was a complex issue which he was not able to resolve in a single visit. His office was able to schedule the next visit right away. On the 2nd visit, Spencer was just the same as he was the 1st time. He explained the plan for the day and how best we could accomplish it all.
