They say the third time is a charm, meaning success every time for us and not failure. We used Mr. Sandman on three occasions to breathe new life into our 1938 Dutch Colonial home. First, our upstairs laundry room and hallway, then our cherry kitchen cabinets earlier this year, and finally, Mr. Sandman refinished our stairs, living, and dining room floors this week. Anthony did a fabulous job. I had real hardwood floors replaced due to a flood. I also had two rooms with manufactured hardwoods that faded. He was able to sand them down and put a beautiful transition piece and match all of the floors. His attention to detail was amazing. I am really picky and he did an excellent job. He made custom air vents that make the floors so beautiful. He is certainly an expert in his field. I added pictures of the transitional pieces because they were so well done. Anthony is a great guy, very pleasant and a very hard worker.

This guy is simply THE BEST in the business!! We had our floors down a little less than a year ago. Even after all that time I often find myself sitting back and marveling at how good they really look. Anthony Magaro (Owner) is honorable, professional, a man of his word and operates with the highest level of integrity. Couldn't ask for more out of a contractor.

He did a great job on 4 of our rooms. Our house is 50 years old, so you can see his workmanship is amazing. The floors look brand new. The picture attached is one of the bedroom floors that was finished.
