Mr. Turf

I called about the cabbage looking weeds in my yard and explained that I wasn’t sure what they were but I knew that I wanted my grass to look better and healthier and Mr. Turf had been serving my property for a few months. They told me that Robbie would call me to come out. When he did he stated that the spots would turn BLACK he never said that my grass would die and my yard would look like this. Once I called back and spoke with Caleb we exchanged emails and he basically said it wasn’t their fault and I was told this would happen which was a lie. So then Robbie called me and stated that anyone with “common sense” would know that the grass would die. And screamed at me. DON’T use this company they have no respect for your property or you all they want is money. If I could give them a zero

I used Mr. Turf for almost 2 years, during that time I had to have them come out repeatedly to treat for weeds, whatever they were using did not work. Well they finally took care if the issue by killing my grass. My yard looks awful! They asked to come out and spray again to get the grass to regrow but wouldn't do it for free or at a discounted price. Their job is to know what will and will not work on weeds and it feels like they were just guessing at what to put on my lawn. The only asset they have is their customer service rep Caleb, he was always responsive and nice and was the only reason I kept giving them a chance to correct the issues. If you want a beautiful lawn DO NOT USE MR. TURF!

I used Mr. Turf for 4 years with no issues, but since they were bought out and became Turf Masters, everything has been a disaster. They sprayed for mosquitoes 4 or 5 times with zero results. I hired another company and the mosquitoes were gone after just 2 treatments — that says it all. The lawn is now full of weeds, and despite multiple visits, nothing has improved. Customer service is a joke. You call, and you're routed to some call center nowhere near here. They promise a call back from the local office — which rarely happens. No urgency, no accountability, no results. This is not the same company anymore, and it shows. Sloppy work, poor communication, and no visible improvement. Avoid.

Another year we were weed free. We had great color and no weeds this summer and ready to put the lawn up for the winter. The people at Mr Turf have always done a great job for us.

I’ve been using since early 2021 and I can say I have definitely seen the difference in my yard ! Also very reasonable on pricing compared to competitors. Highly recommend
