M&S asphalt paving

Prior to hiring M&S Asphalt Paving, we quoted with 5 different asphalt paving contractors from large to small companies. Out of all of them, Juan was the most responsive, communicative, and took the time to go over everything. Doing ample research, I provided a list of questions and specifications, which were all met. Juan and his team did a fantastic job on our extensive driveway (9,000+ feet). He and his team were punctual and did a quality job. As a family oriented business, they worked hard to earn my business and his work definitely reflects that. I would highly recommend M&S.

Awesome company. Most asphalt guys are either fly by night, unreasonably priced and/or not clear about what they will do. (There are a lot of details to asphalt such as thickness that can cost you in the long run) Juan & M&S Asphalt was top notch and the work is beautiful. Very professional and prompt in every way. I used M&S asphalt paving to cover my huge gravel based driveway. -The company rep was courteous and professional, 2 other companies I had out for quotes were a bit snarky and defensive when the topic of price came up. The M&S rep explained the costs for the scope of work and without prompting explained what was needed for proper drainage. The price was significantly lower than my other 2 quotes. A+ - Cost was more than fair and left me with confidence the job would be done as agreed upon without surprise cost hikes. I held my breath till the work was done and no cost hikes! They were very punctual, came out measured gave me a fair price and showed up and did the job with excellence the day they said they were going to do it Juan and his crew are very professional and courteous. I had Juan quote replacing a severely deteriorated asphalt driveway at my MIL house. I was flexible with Juan to schedule the job since it was a small 1 day job. Juan clearly communicated any changes in the scheduled day and arrived promptly when he said he would. Juan has the equipment necessary to do the job right. The driveway looks good and is what we were expecting.
