We’re building a home out of state and have been working with the local MSI center for all our hard surface selections. Ali has been fantastic throughout the process—knowledgeable, patient, and always offering thoughtful design suggestions that align with our vision and budget. He’s also gone the extra mile by coordinating sample shipments with the Seattle location to ensure we receive them directly at our build site. I had an outstanding experience at MSI. Their selection of stone is incredible (Quartzite, Granite, Marble & even Quartz), the showroom is organized, and the entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Also, Pricing was very reasonable as well. But what truly made the biggest difference was Ali. His knowledge, professionalism, and patience went far beyond my expectations. I have to say that I have had VERY great customer service! I'm renovating a kitchen an bath and they have been so responsive and helpful. They know their product and give great advice. Daniel Ramirez is the best Sales contact you have have there. He make sure you get the right product, know if it's in stock and helps with the ordering process. Highly recommended!

This company appears highly suspicious and potentially fraudulent. MSI Los Angeles presents itself as a reputable supplier of stone and countertops, but in reality, it operates a tiny showroom with almost no stock and refuses to sell anything directly to walk-in customers. Staff repeatedly stated that they only work with contractors or dealers, refusing to provide pricing or product details. I was required to submit my full name, email address, and phone number before they would even speak to me seriously. Despite doing so, I received absolutely no response — no follow-up, no contract form, and no communication of any kind.
