Every aspect exceeded our expectations. Peterson was fantastic. He was a host, not just a salesman, and has a clear enthusiasm and love for the product. He literally ran to accommodate a special request. Every staff member we met was helpful and friendly, including Malik still taking the time to go above and beyond to help us when it wasn’t his responsibility and made more work for him. The showroom is immaculate, with a wide selection. The customer service focus is apparent, including details like easy check in, being greeted immediately, coffee/water, etc.

We work closely with MSI as a contractor, and they’ve been an excellent partner. Their customer service is always responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, which makes every project run smoothly. The quality of their vinyl planks, tile, and hardwood products is top-notch, and their selection makes it easy to find the right fit for our clients. They are easy to work with, and a great partner.

Dorian Osorto is absolutely amazing!!!! Above 5 stars ++++!!! He went above and beyond and helped us with every part of our house. So friendly and made this experience so much more fun. We visited many other places and are going with MSI after Dorian’s help!

I really wish I could give MSI less than one star. My experience with them has been incredibly frustrating. All I wanted was to open an account and buy some materials — that’s it. But it turned into this long, stressful process that’s been dragging on for over a week and a half. No one seems to know what they’re doing, and every time I reach out, I feel like I’m getting nowhere. It’s honestly disappointing. I just wanted to be a customer, and they’ve made it feel impossible. Definitely would not recommend.
