If you love being overcharged for snow removal and charged for services you didn't authorize and that are not physically possible, then this is the company for you. If not, you should probably keep looking. It took 6 months for them to remove a bill for plowing my parking lot, and they only removed it because our contract didn't authorize plowing, not because I don't have a parking lot, which I pointed out to them, to this day they still insist they plowed this parking lot that doesn't exist. Their evidence was a picture of a sidewalk, which I really hope they did not plow, but wow that would've been fun to dodge if you were a pedestrian and they did. Great Company and people to work with. Communication is clear and quick. Reasonable prices and a flexibility with landscaping needs as things change. That is priceless for us. MSNW has a source for any thing you may want to take on to make your property more beautiful, marketable, or just trimmed up a bit to keep it looking a tad natural. Derwin is great to work with in planning and timing. He will listen to your needs and work with your budget. If they say they will be somewhere, they will be there. Again, rare these days. Pam Chan

If I could I'd give this place 0 stars. This company is highly unprofessional. Expected to get a 6hr work day but no it is split hours if more than 1 are working. 6hrs split to 3hrs a person. Never heard of that ever in my life and I've worked in janitorial before. Also expected it to be perfect work in a huge building and expect to get it all done in 3hrs. I think not. Not for what they want you can't. Also supervisor is terrible at responding to messages. I do not recommend this company

Would have given this business 4 stars but from speaking from experience they do not treat their employees very good not the owner of the company the management would not use this business again or work for them ever again and they let other employees get away with things if you work for this company and you are a male you are already doomed
