We hired Brian based on good reviews, and he provided a mid range estimate for a remodel of our guest bathroom. This was a total redo - new tub, tile shower, lvp flooring (we provided the lvp), new custom vanity, sink, countertop, toilet, fan, light fixture, drywall, paint and moulding. Project took one month, 8/26-9/26, which was longer than we anticipated. There were several delays due to family or assistant illness, drawer front delivery delay, and other job obligations. He is very thorough and knowledgeable, and always informed us about the process and explained issues in detail. He did most work himself, had one helper for a time, contracted out the tile installation and vanity build and his contractors were professional. After a failed tile job by a local unlicensed person we found on a local FB group, we got ahold of Brian based on trusted recommendations from friends. He worked us into his schedule right away and started a few days later. He was always very responsive and up front with us.
