extremely helpful and generous I needed a replacement skeleton key and he without hesitation let me take a few home to try on my lock ( it's an old key that were made similar)! he offered over the phone 1st time we spoke there just not many people/ business owners that would do that they prefer to do what ever they can or say anything to get as much $$ out of you that they can, so thank you Murdock lock

Wendell is fantastic. Showed up exactly on time & rekeyed our entire house. Instead of 3 different keys, all of our locks are now one key. He even corrected the installation of a deadbolt that didn't line up correctly. I wish there was a 6th Star to give!

Problem solved in 10 minutes, affordable too: I brought in two filing cabinets with locks from the 70’s that I never got the keys for. The gentleman found a compatible key, cut it to fit, got the locks working, and then cut three more copies in literally less than 10 minutes. Was super affordable too. He even oiled my locks for free.

Bad experience. I do not recommend this people. They do a lousy job Not responsible Not take pride of what they do They there just to get you money.

Fantastic service by a good small business! Came out and worked through a problem with our Ford truck; reprogramming and giving us new keys when our old keys quit working. Highly recommend! Great service!
