Murray's Commercial Roofing Systems

Mr. Murray has a very poor judgment of character. I have more than 10 years of rental history and without reviewing my background Mr. Murray assumed I would tear his home apart just by vocalizing my credit score. He raised his voice at me, gaslit me and hung up on me when I advocated for myself.

Extremely poor customer service and Poor communications. I Talked to Mike about scheduling, the date to repair my roof after waiting little over 30 for him to call me to schedule. He said he would look at schedule and call me back, I waited a week for his call back, he didn't call I again had to call him. When the crew finally came to the house to "repair" the leak, it wasn't fixed ,in fact, the leak was worse than ever. I talked to Mike, he said, the guys would be out the next day to repair it, they never showed up. When they finally did show up a day later, the roof still leaked after second "repair" I called and complained because I had already paid them and all they did was make my leak worse ( I sent video). Not sure about their work. But the old diabetes ridden employee that almost hit me while I was driving and proceeded to mess with me and other motorist because I honked at him for almost side swiping me because he was driving with his forearms because he had both of his hands on his phone. My roof had been replaced by my homes previous owner using the services of Murray Roofing in February of 2014. In March of 2019 I noticed that an area above the garage was leaking. I called Murray and an estimator was sent out. Following his inspection the estimator explained to me that the ridge vent had been installed incorrectly and that this was the cause of the leak. At this time neither I nor the estimator knew that it was Murray Roofing who had replaced the roof in 2014. Their representative left by stating that I’d have an estimate for the repair within the week. In the meantime, I looked up the warranty information that was provided at the time I purchased my home and it turns out that Murray had installed the roof.
