Gentleman who came to our place was very good communicator and did a good job on our appliance. When done we gave him our cc number per his request. A few hours later his boss wanted us to tap the card but we were away on a Friday night date. Told him he could stop by sat or we could send a check. He came sat and when His reader didn't work he became irrate and told us we must drive the cash to office now or he would f our credit up. I told him we were happy with service and no, we will send a check or use the number you have. He then asked me to fight in the front yard and if not for his wife it would have gotten out of control. Very unprofessional on that end which is a shame because he did a good job on the appliance.

Came and checked my heatpump. When he left I was over $200 poorer still with a non-working heatpump.
