Made sure that their work was thorough so that independent post-work mold clearance testing passed the first time. Priced right, staff left areas clean and easy dialogue to ensure we were satisfied. My condo suffered a huge leak in the building main drain line. We called Kyle at Musick Restoration and wow, I was so impressed with how quick and attentive they were to our needs in this emergency situation. Not only were they at my condo almost immediately to start the restoration / mitigation process, but they also helped coach me on next steps with insurance etc. Miguel one of his workers was especially kind and professional in getting the problem mitigated. They were overall timely, effective and clean in their service to help my home in this flood disaster. Added bonus - Kyle also has a general contracting company, they were so good with the restoration we hired them to help with the rebuild and they are doing a fantastic job as we speak to help get my place back to normal!
