Being new to the area, I didn't know who to call, so I called the number on the old door, Muskogee Overhead Door. They were able to come out quickly, assess the problem and quoted me a very reasonable price. The work was completed in a timely manner. Everyone I spoke with from Muskogee Overhead Door was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with the workmanship, service and product. Despite repeated attempts, I struggled to obtain a quote from them. When I finally received one, it was inaccurate. Even after requesting corrections via email, I never received a response. MOD is absolutely the best. Lynn and Rusty are good Christian people that enjoy serving others. My new shop door is great. I can already tell the difference in room temperature and moisture. I was replacing a 30 year old shop door with a new insulated door with an opener. Makes life so much easier not having to hunt for my keys. The opener even has an app that ties right into WiFi. MOD provides great communication and pricing. There simply the best around. This is the 5-6 new door they’ve put in for me personally through the years and you can always count on them for the best price, service, safety, communication, and be on time. Highly recommend!

Muskogee Overhead Door attempted to charge $1,600 for 2 hours of labor and 2 door openers that can be bought off Amazon for $250 each. They harassed us for immediate payment even though their own invoice says they give customers 30 days to pay an invoice. The person in the office in charge of billing was extremely unprofessional and lied about how long the service took while attempting to justify their price gouging. The only decent parts of the interaction were that installation seemed to go smooth and they did lower the bill to 1,375 which was still ridiculously high. I highly discourage using this business as there are other many other professional options that are a far better value.
