They actually did an excellent job—very professional and thorough. The tech explained everything clearly, replaced the condenser fan, and did a full cleaning of the coil. They also showed me an issue with the drain pan, which I didn’t even know my refrigerator had. Now the fridge is working perfectly and cooling like new. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them

When I called, I explained what was happening with our Bosch dishwasher, and I was walked through a few scenarios of what could be wrong. The tech asked me to check the valves under the sink, and that’s what it turned out to be. The dishwasher is working fine and I didn’t need a service call.
