My Roof

year ago i had my roof done by this company, everthing was fine ultil after a few storms and found water running through my garage on several occasions. At the same time my A/c would not function properly after those storm. I eventually got HVAC people to see what this issue was and they found that due to water leaking through MY NEW ROOF water was running over my plenum and then colasped it to where it cant push air throughtout my ducts in my foundation. Water also seeps through my floor after a heavy rain. I currently have little no A/C due to this and will be looking into some legal action againts this company as they have made so many falso promises to fix this issue to there malpractice that has damaged my home.

I wish I had better things to say about our experience with MyRoof. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of and are a dismissive when you finally do get ahold of them. We were pretty much guaranteed a certain tax credit (which they had no business guaranteeing, but we were naive) and we have yet to see the tax credit, yet are still being penalized for it. I do understand that they don’t have full control in the situation, but I wish we would have been given reliable information before making such a huge investment. I’m not one to leave unmerited bad reviews, but I will personally never recommend MyRoof to anyone.

MyRoof replaced our roof after a hailstorm and the process was smooth. They worked with our insurance and had no issues. We also have solar panels with them so that was a plus during this situation. Definitely recommend.
