Our original review is below but we wanted to follow with an update based on an experience we had last summer: On a Friday morning in July, we noticed our A/C unit was blowing white smoke so we immediately cut the power to it and called NB Rogers. Nick (NB) himself came out to investigate (I think some engineers were on vacation) the issue and found the A/C fan motor had died. He spent quite a bit of time on his cell phone with the manufacturer. (Not mentioning them because this update is about NB Rogers and not them) Nick told us that the local distributors did not have a replacement motor and due to supply chain issues, it may take 5-7 days to get a replacement unit. We were not happy since it was very hot. Nick was not happy either and very apologetic and said he would keep trying b

Outstanding Service from N. B. Rogers, Inc.! We had a fantastic experience with N. B. Rogers, Inc. Justin was our main contact, and he was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. When we had an unexpected HVAC issue, the team went out of their way to help us quickly and efficiently. They explained everything clearly, offered fair pricing, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the process. It’s rare to find this level of service these days. We highly recommend N. B. Called for a heat out situation and Nick was able to come out in about an hour, diagnose and fix it for a very reasonable price. Nice to find a reliable HVAC company so close to home. Would definitely recommend them and will likely be using them again. Google wants me to add photos so here's the broken part if it makes the review more exciting.

I have used N.B. Rogers, Inc. twice now and both times I was very satisfied with the quality of work provided. They installed a Mitsubishi split AC unit for me, and also completed a service repair on my Carrier brand air conditioner unit. Both times the technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done a clean and timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

I saw a sign for N.B. Rogers for their duct work cleaning service, and since we moved into a new house in the summer, I wanted to get the heating ducts cleaned as we were not sure of the history of this work being done. They were very responsive, and I was able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule within a reasonable time frame. The work was done quickly, and the workers were very knowledgeable in the work they performed. Seeing the before and after pictures this was a service that needed to be done, and their honesty and suggestions for our home were on point and the before and after difference was amazing.
