⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an issue with our fireplace insert and the technician came out quickly to inspect it. Unfortunately, parts were needed, but Joe was sent out the very next day to complete the repair. He spent about three hours on site and worked through multiple challenges to get everything fixed properly. Very professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Wells & Sons did an excellent job from start to finish. From scheduling to completion, the entire process was smooth and professional. Communication was great throughout — I received text reminders about the upcoming service and a call before they arrived, which I really appreciated. The technicians were informative, polite, and took the time to explain everything during the chimney sweep and inspection. Very well organized and a high-quality experience overall. I would definitely recommend them to others and will absolutely use them again.

We knew that relining the flue for our oil-fired furnace would be very challenging, due to the way the house was built 66 yrs ago. However, the guys stayed with it and succeeded without having to break a hole in the exterior wall. This project ended up requiring two senior techs (plus a couple of apprentices) and not every company has the depth to pull that off. Also, they actually make their own UL certified liners and related fittings in their metal fab shop, so they can tailor the parts to fit your application. Another huge plus.

We needed chimney caps applied and called Wells and Son. They were actually able to come out the same day and applied the caps. We were lucky the serviceman was in the area. The technician (Devon) was very knowledgeable and friendly. Pictures were taken once he was on the roof, of the outside and inside of the chimney flus. Looking at the pictures, he made us aware of potential work that should be done in the future but with no pressure at all! We would recommend Wells and Son Chimney service to anyone!
