The technicians were very nice and efficient. I wish the company would have told us they didn’t move furniture because once we move it back to it place , here is what was left. We would have moved it back ourselves but mother is 96 years old and didn’t know. Again a nice job on what they did.

They arrived on time. They were fast, respectful, and did a thorough job. We could not have been happier. They did our entire second floor, and the rug looks like new.

Had Stanley SteAmer from Gilbertsville come in to do Duct cleaning and install a whole house air purifier. The crew arrived on time after letting us know they were on the way and gave us an ETA…which is great in case you weren’t home Joe, Brandon, and Mel were our techs and what a great crew. From knowledge about the work being performed, friendly and job site cleanup it was a 5 star experience. Highly recommended this franchise location and I would have this crew back in a heartbeat for our next project

Javon and Tyree were so nice and worked hard to clean and deodorize my carpet. Four stars only because hours later the stains that looked gone are actually back. Overall the carpet is clean and sanitized though and I don’t know…maybe the stains were a lost cause. Update: I was really impressed when the company saw my 4 star rating and review and reached out to come back at no charge to tackle my stains. The same two gentlemen came back. They were very helpful and informative. Sadly the stains wicked back up, though lighter. Updated to 5 stars because they stood behind their service. In my case, I think I need to save up for a new carpet. Despite their efforts, I really think my issue is a lost cause. Thanks for trying!!

I would not recommend using Stanley Steemer, especially this location. Stanley Steemer came out on January 22nd to clean the carpets in our three bedrooms and basement after we purchased a new home. The carpets appeared to be in good condition, but I wanted peace of mind knowing they were professionally cleaned. Within 1–2 days of the service, the basement began to smell extremely bad—musty and moldy. I wanted to give it some time and allow it to air out, as the smell might go away. After two weeks, the odor was still very strong, so I used my personal carpet cleaner on the basement carpets. As shown in the pictures, the water was dark brown, which clearly indicates the carpets were not properly cleaned. This was extremely concerning, as I paid for a professional service that was not acc
