We have had Eliu Napky work on two projects at our home. In both opportunities he was always on time, honored his commitments, did a fantastic job, always very professional, pointed us to better alternatives than we had originally thought of, and always making safety a priority. Mr. Napky did an outstanding job for us modernizing 10 pocket ceiling lights and installing 4 new ceiling lights/switches. We contracted with them to install soft drops for our our new office build out. They completed the work within the quoted price despite delays in our construction that were not related to them. Napky Contractor Services did an outstanding job from the start to finish with getting my specs of my new inside and outside units correct to where they fit correctly and transitioned 25 year old A/C and gas heating furnace from the old to the new went without no problems. It was a two day process, came to my house well prepared with all the products and extras tweaks couple tweaks that they had to do with the small limited area they had. When it was completed and I expected the finished product, I was wowed on how well it was up today's code and able to get the inside to better conformed so when it is maintained in the fall and spring by them while I am in the house or future HVAC companies with future owners will have less issues than we did when I bought it. Eliu was extremely patient and thorough in his work. He took the time to explain the electrical issue and what needed to be fixed. It turns out the wiring had been tampered with by the previous owners of our house so he was very cautious in putting the wiring back in its right place and getting all the lights back on. Highly recommend!
