He disassembles your furnace, and within 30 minutes he has recorded the parts needed, and makes a call to the parts persons. By 6 pm, your furnace is functioning. No fuss, no mess, just a working furnace once again --

Our furnace died on a Tuesday night, they had someone here that evening, part was in next day, came back that day and were very honest with the repair vs. replacement as our furnace was leaking badly and would 100% fail again resulting in more repairs. In the end we decided to do a replacement. New furnace was in the next morning and our house is toasty warm again. Everyone was so kind, honest, helpful and professional. We will definitely be recommending Napora to everyone we know and using them in the future for maintenance!

This is my first season using Napora and after a few HVAC / Plumbing repairs, services, and install jobs for both me and now some friends & family, I'm confident in recommending them and the Owner / Master Technician Yuri. If you're considering one of the larger Rochester companies for service, repair, or installations, I'd strongly recommend contacting the Napora team first or to get a competitive bid. I've used most of the big name Rochester companies over the past 15 years for work on 3 residential properties. Unfortunately, their service standards have declined over the past 5 years as they've grown larger: -Same-day service used to be considered a standard part of taking care of a client, now they are always charged at "Emergency Call" rates even during normal business hours. -Sched

He's reliable and always shows up when he says he will. Not only does he do an outstanding job on furnace repairs and replacements, but he also goes the extra mile by spotting other issues around the house and offering helpful advice and solutions tailored to my needs. When he replaced my furnace, the work was done with professionalism, and the site was spotless afterward. It's clear that he cares about the quality of his work and the customer’s satisfaction.
