Highly recommended, best vent and duct cleaning service I’ve used. Nassau Duct Cleaning gave me an honest estimate over the phone, then stood by that estimate when they completed the cleaning. They walked us through exactly what what they would do, walked us through the same today, then performed exactly as promised. The final price was exactly as estimated. A good reputable vent cleaning service will cost at least $500-$1000 or more depending on the size of your home. Don’t get fooled into the $99 vent cleaning special offered by some. Last time we did that at another residence out of state, they showed up only to quadrupole the price because we had soft intake vents, not hard vents. The Nassau Duct cleaning team tells you up front what they estimate, then they stand by their work.

Had Nassau Duct Cleaning come out to clean my dryer vent. I was very skeptical at first when I made the appointment because you never know what you are going to get, but when CJ came and he was polite, knowledgeable, on time, explained everything before hand, showed me before and after pictures with camera. He answered questions I had. It was an awesome experience. I would give this company a A++++++++++ rating. I am definitely recommending them to others and call them again. This is my first experience with NDC as we had our dryer vent professionally vacuumed. They did a minor repair on the duct work to eliminate a small hole and found something unexpected in the dryer screen cabin (a small spoon). In addition, they got on the roof and inspected the vent and removed a modest amount of lint. We have used the dryer once since they left and it's all in working order. We fully expect to see a modest improvement in our dryer's efficiency. We will see you next December!
