We’ve been working with National Flooring Products for years as one of our trusted vendors, and they’ve consistently taken great care of us. Their team is responsive, professional, and easy to work with—and our sales rep is excellent. We rely on them regularly for hardwood, LVP, and laminate wood flooring, and they’ve always come through for us. It’s a great feeling knowing we can count on them, and we truly value the strong relationship we’ve built over time. Highly recommend!

0 out of 5 stars. What this company cares less about than the quality of their products is their customers. We have been waiting 4 months now for a resolution to our flooring problems. It is a QUALITY issue NOT an installation issue. This has been proven by an eye witness and rep for their company along with several videos that show the poor quality and sound issues with LVP flooring. In this type of economy you would think you would do everything in your power to satisfy the customer to create repeat customers and spread the word. But no, this company is showing blatant disregard for the customer by little to no response and no sense of urgency to resolve the issue! We could not stress more to NOT use any of National Flooring Products. Apparently the only way to get an owners response to

Awful experience with this companies flooring product. We had their LVP flooring installed only to discover it pops and cracks when you walk on it! Our flooring company filed a claim with their insurance stating it was faulty product, going on 6 weeks later we still have no resolution and have yet to hear how they will resolve our flooring issue. Definitely DO NOT recommend using any of their flooring products! Terrible product and even worse customer service!!!
