I love my Mermaid...and tile.

Victor has been the best guiding expert we could have asked for. He listened and led us to the best possible design decision quickly. We are excited about our private resort that we are creating in our backyard.

Frustrating experience. Staff appeared uninterested, and getting a quote required an in-person visit. Very inconvenient.

Amazing customer service. We worked first with Monica who was so patient and spent time helping us locate exactly what we needed! Jenn and Alesso have been amazing as well. Without their help there is no way we could have gotten the tile we wanted. Hands down the best customer service!! Could not be better! Honest, knowledgeable, responsive and overall just excellent. It’s so hard to find a great company, with amazing employee these days:)

We came here after visiting another pool tile store that we weren't crazy about, which was way more expensive than we had anticipated. We were a little disheartened after seeing the other pool store. Upon arriving here, we were greeted by a very friendly representative who immediately assisted us. We found a tile we love and at a price we were way more comfortable with. Turned our day around in the best way.
