Our regular lawn service provider, Austin Heard communicated effectively regarding the lawn care. He answered questions and provided guidance as we worked to improve the health of the grass. He came on time and followed the protocol based on the soil testing. The summary of each application was informative. When needed, Austin referred me to additional Natural Lawn personnel who were responsive. We are hoping each service year our property will improve. Thank you NL.

Austin is great - always communicates with us on upcoming services that are scheduled, recommends care and additional services that are available to us. We were very appreciative that he recently recommended that a service be rescheduled due to the amount of leaves that were on our lawn and should be removed prior to the application of fertilizer; doing otherwise would have been a waste of product and money. Just started with service a few months ago, looking forward to results next spring. I must say, I’m blown by the excellent communication by Austin and the entire team. The communication before and after each visit has been perfect!

My lawn has never looked better. It’s always lush, green, and weed free. Sam my technician is always thorough and answers any questions I might have. Everyone is always friendly when I call into the office. Also their mosquito program does wonders in the summer!!
