I am so happy with the work that Marcus did on our garage floor. He is very professional and does great work. The quality of the material is amazing. We are very satisfied with our new garage floor.

Installation was completed poorly with a large low spot in surface, expansion joints end in the middle of the surface, never returned to remove forms and all around sloppy workmanship. Ruined our brand new pool liner with material stuck to it, got epoxy ell over the stairs and liner. Salesman washed his hands of issues and pinned it on installers and customer service. Customer service has not responded to multiple contacts. Quick to take payment and forget about you.

My floor was installed on 7/15/25. The end results were beautiful. There was a few minor issues that the company has promise to rectify. I can walk barefoot in my garage now if I so choose.

This is a company that cares about you, your satisfaction and delivering a quality product. Not only will I be going back to have additional flooring installed, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrading a concrete surface in their home. The two guys, Melvin and LaNell, that installed the stone were hard working, polite and took pride in their work. I don’t want to leave Alex out of this review. He came today to remove the forms from the steps. Once again, very polite, professional and did a great job on the top coat as well. Everyone I dealt with, Renee, Cory and the two installers, were respectful and easy to work with. Despite some very big obstacles Nature Stone was able to resolve all the issues and get the job done. We just got the last of the flooring done with NatureStone in our basement and we love it! We’ve had the front half done for a year and it’s been amazing. Everyone we worked with was professional and knowledgeable and great to work with. The quality of the product is amazing and it really made our basement a safe and clean place to be. We had a painted concrete floor previously and water would collect on occasion down there. With this floor that will never be a problem again and it feels completely worth the investment to know it’ll last as long as the house does. 10/10 would recommend
