Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care

First time trying a lawn service. I have a large landscaped yard and was concerned about plantings+ trees.Was told how trained the techs are.Was over $1000 for the lawn treatment. The 3rd time I had to call because of issues. I always still had weeds and there wasn't that big of a difference in my lawn.The weed killer was sprayed up against tree trunks and a lot of lower branches on my spruce trees died.They came out made sure clear notes for techs. made and last application and they treated my organic areas which were not supposed to be done with granular winterizer and right up into my chicken run. One tree died and my large white pine may not make it. I requested a free tree fertilizing treatment to hopefully save my 12'-20' trees. They did do that for me. They come out but obviously th

Absolutely atrocious service. Constant miscommunications that allow time for my lawn to die even more due to not getting attention on time. Service gets worse every year, they used to do the whole block but now I will be the last one to fire them. My neighbors that use other companies have much better looking grass. Had to call for revisits after every application due to weeds everywhere. One visit this year they accidentally treated my neighbor's lawn even though our addresses were clearly displayed. Save yourself a headache hire someone else.

Have had a great experience with Naturescape. I have had to contact them to come back out a couple times but it was clearly just a misunderstanding and then a situation where more weeds popped up so they adjusted their application and it was resolved. They are very responsive and for that I can say is why I’m happy. Mistakes and miscommunication on both sides will always happen but how you respond and take care of the issues is how I judge service! Looking forward to my last application and service in the spring! Thanks!

I have been using Naturescape for 7 years. When I first bought my home the lawn was full of weeds. Now, I'm proud of how my lawn looks. Very personable and professional staff. They are quick to respond to any issues that may arise. I will continue to use their services.

I’ve used this company for both lawn care (mowing, fertilizing, and shrub trimming) and snow removal over the past couple of years. While I haven’t had any issues with their snow removal service, the lawn care has really fallen short this summer. There’s been a noticeable lack of attention to detail: sections of the backyard left uncut, missed patches, clumps of grass left behind, and a so-so job of blowing grass off the driveway and landscaping rock. I also requested more frequent service than every 7–10 days but was told they couldn’t accommodate that. I’ve reached out several times regarding these concerns, but little or nothing has changed. I expected more consistency and professionalism. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for lawn care services.
