Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care

We have used Naturescape for over 5 years and our lawn never looked better. They will notify you a day before the application and when to re-schedule due to bad weather. Great customer service by phone and if there ever is a time when they need to come out for spot weed control, its done and there is no extra charge. After more than decade of decent Lawn service - I added 'Shrubbery Inspection/Foliar spraying' this year. a Complete DISASTER. My 25 year old Yews began dying in less than a week (and are now totally dead). Their 'supervisor' came out and tried to blame the problem on Root Rot. My Landscaper of 20 years and my Arborist of 10 yrs have confirmed the damage was done by the foliar spraying - not Root Rot. I filed a formal complaint with BBB, and will follow-up with Schaumburg Township and Illinois Attorney General office. After nearly 3 months, the company 'Rep' has officially refused to reimburse for the damage done. I now plan on filing a Small claims Lawsuit as the 'replacement' cost is nearly $2,000 (There really is no way to 'replace' older growth plants).

Shortly after I started service, Naturescape Schaumburg ruined many areas of my lawn. I used Naturescape at other homes in other locations, but this Schaumburg location seems to be the worst. They ruined so many areas of my lawn, promising to fix it as long as I paid for the following year of service. This is what I was told for four years. Corporate and the local office gave conflicting information. Corporate claimed they use customizable seed blends tailored to each customer and location. This was false; the manager admitted they use only one type of seed. On one "repair," the supervisor simply threw seed on the soil and left. How is that a repair? Naturescape has been taking care of our lawn for several years and they have been great to work with. Also when I need lawn mowing on occasion, they provide that service as well! Their staff and lawn care specialists are very friendly, and if there are any specific questions or yard related things that I need to talk to them about, they are very welcoming and help answer/resolve our questions as well.
