Tom from Nautical Cooling provided outstanding service when we needed a complete new A/C system installation. He offered us the best price by far—easily the cheapest we found anywhere in Brevard County—and came out by himself to handle the entire job quickly and professionally. Everything worked perfectly until we later had an issue that turned out to be simple user error on our part. Tom didn’t hesitate to come back out, thoroughly checked the system, and patiently explained what we’d done wrong, all without charging extra or making us feel bad about it. During the "winter" here in Melbourne Beach, I usually don't think about my AC unit that much but when the heat wouldn't come on this native Floridian got worried when the coldest day of the year was just 48 hours away. Called Nautical Cooling in the morning and Tom came and quickly identified the problem and fixed the issue the same day. He was very nice, explained the issue and was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using him for any repairs and am going to switch to him for maintenance as well.

Tom was amazing. We got a whole new system with him. He came out for a quote the day we called him on Friday and he did the install on Monday. He showed up nice and early before it was hot and was done in 3 hours. Instead of being at 82 degrees from 1pm to 8pm we sit comfortably at a cool 75 during the hottest hours of the day. His customer service was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier. Jose was also wonderful and very mindful before disconnecting the water system communicating why and for how long.

I've been having an ongoing issue with my system for MONTHS! I contacted Nautical to help me identify what the issue is. Tom (the owner) personally came out and did an inspection. He took his time and told me exactly what is wrong and how to fix it! I wish we had used his company rather than the other one who did a botched job! Will be using Nautical for all future HVAC needs!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Tom at Nautical Cooling for coming out the next day to fix my AC problem. He is the most friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough AC guy I have dealt with here in Brevard County in the 11 years I have been dealing with AC problems.
