1 star cause I had to pick a star would never come out and get started even after payed in FULL...long story short I got cussed out cause I caught him in a lie with his wife saying he was not there cause I kept calling every morning to see when he was going to show up so called back act like someone else and she handed him the phone horrible guy horrible business parents him and his wife the employee that put it in was great felt so sorry for the guy having to work for someone like that MR.NAYLER NEVER SHOWED HIS FACE ONCE...THIS WAS OVER A 10000 DOLLAR JOB ALSO

Called them today and they came out with in 2 hours to make sure my grandma had heat..very professional.

I wasn't impressed. He would not return when his servicing did not fix the problem.
