I had a very disappointing experience with electrician Yu. He started the job at my house but left it unfinished, leaving exposed circuit boards which is a serious safety concern. Scheduling again with him to finish up the work was extremely difficult – he repeatedly promised to come back but kept postponing or canceling at the last minute. Despite my efforts to accommodate his schedule, he was unreliable and eventually told me to find someone else, even though the work was only half done. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
