We went with NCI because my parents had all their windows done first with them and they turned out great! I was so pleased with how quickly and effortlessly they replaced our window! We only needed the one window replaced because we were about to remodel just our kitchen. They were VERY professional and easy to work with! Even though they are busy with larger jobs, they still took the time to come replace my one single window and explained the process thoroughly! Not only was John and his team super friendly and efficient, they have also been in the business for years! I can also say that the price I paid was fair and reasonable! NCI Windows and Doors is great to work with on your projects. They return your calls, schedule your work promptly and provide great customer service. I've been struggling with an insurance claim and they came through and helped me get through the process. Even with considerable snow on the ground, NCI replace all damaged screens and had them back in place within a day.
