N.E. Contractors did an excellent job repairing the flat asphalt roof on our south Philly home. I highly recommend them for any general contracting needs. We recently purchased a 100 + year old South Philadelphia row home that needs lots of work, so we have been meeting lots of Philly contractors. Some are a pleasure to work with while others…not so much. However, the people at N.E. Contractors were particularly nice; from Chingus the estimator who inspected and quoted the work, to Yana the technician, who repaired a roof drainage issue (see photo - before repair) and resealed the entire roof, to Helen the Office Manager. All were professional, friendly, and willing to answer questions. In addition, their pricing was in line with other highly rated contractors doing this type of work.

Excellent work! I contacted this roofing company based on a recommendation — and I’m really glad I did. From the very start, everything was handled professionally: they responded quickly, came for the inspection at a time that worked for me, and clearly explained all the options. We went with a TPO roof, and the crew installed it perfectly — clean, precise, and right on schedule. They took care of all the cleanup, and the site looked great when they were done. You can tell they’re experienced and take pride in their work. Huge thanks to the whole team — I’ll definitely recommend them to others!

Working with Chad was the best experience I have had when working with a contractor. He was professional and available to answer all my questions during the process of replacing our roof. I felt like he really went above and beyond throughout the whole project. The crew should also be recognized as they were super efficient, clean, and organized during install and during inspections. NE Contractors did a phenomenal job repairing my fiberglass parapet caps. Before they had cracks from aging and wear, leaving the house at substantial risk to leaking. But now they are fully sealed, repainted and look brand new! The are fast and fairly priced.
